The final report for this project summarize the total work done for the semester in the redesign of the Bay Harbor One.  The report discusses the redesigned lighting for 4 main spaces in the building, an electrical depth that analyzes the change of the building utilization voltage. Finally, two breadth topics, a structural one that studies the redesign of the roof deck structure and a construction management one that analyze the cost and scheduele of the old vs the proppose building utilization voltage on the electrical depth.
